Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is held in 45minute sessions. We treat ages 8 and up. Our specialties include eating disorders/body image, fertility counseling, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Fertility Counseling
Abby Hock, LCSW-C has completed a post-graduate certificate in Fertility Counseling and is available for individual sessions.
Trauma Counseling
All clinicians are trauma-informed and several have additional training in EMDR and CPT. Please contact us for current offerings.

Supervision/Consultation
Nooshin Kiankhooy, LCPC is an Approved Supervisor for LGPC’s in the state of Maryland. She is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor. Please contact us for current offerings and fees.
Counseling Session Fees
The therapists at Empowering You are considered out-of-network with all insurance companies. Depending on your individual benefits and plan, session fees may be covered full or in-part. We provide invoices to our clients to help them receive reimbursement for all out-of-pocket expenses. Please contact Empowering You, LLC for current session fees.
